Looking for something to fulfill a Pathways Leadership project?

 

Throughout the Toastmasters year, Area Directors and Division Directors organize contests at the Area and Division levels and are always looking for volunteers to serve as Contest Chairs. Division Directors also host Club Officer Training sessions twice annually, which need event chairs as well.

District 2 offers additional volunteer opportunities at training events beginning in December, January, and February. We also hold two Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) events—one in November and one in June—where volunteers are needed.

Here is the list of Pathways Projects you could complete by being an event chair:

• Motivational Strategies & Team Collaboration, level 4: Motivate Others

• All Paths, Level 4: Manage Projects Successfully [Requires Area+ Contest]

• Leadership Development, Level 5: Manage Successful Events [Requires Division+ Context]

• All Paths, Level 5: High Performance Leadership [Requires District+ Contest]
