Roberta Craig began her Toastmasters journey in February 2016. She immediately
felt at home, joining a community that welcomed and supported her as she honed
her communication and leadership abilities. After spending a year competing in
speech contests, Roberta moved into leadership roles within Toastmasters. Her
experiences since stepping up as interim Area Director have taught her that being
Program Quality Director involves much more than just expanding clubs and helping them reach their goals—it also means motivating members to align their own purpose with the Pathways educational program and the Toastmasters community. In her role as a business intelligence program manager for First National Bank Alaska, Roberta applies her philosophy of purposeful leadership to enhance employee engagement and customer experience.
