The Future of Confident Speaking

Whether you are new to Toastmasters or simply looking for a stronger foundation in communication and leadership, this track is designed to help you grow with confidence. Especially valuable for prospective and newer members, it introduces the Toastmasters Pathways experience while providing practical tools to better understand their communication style, strengthen their leadership presence, and connect more effectively with others in professional and team settings. By the end of this track, attendees will be able to select Pathway projects to enhance their communication and leadership skills.​​

MORNING SESSION

Mapping Your Path to Leadership Success

Presented by Lee Amatangelo, DTM

This session provides a comprehensive overview of the Toastmasters Pathways program. Toastmaster Guides will support participants in establishing a project vision, forming an advisory committee, and crafting an elevator pitch to effectively communicate their project vision and attract team members.

AFTERNOON SESSION

Introduction to TEAM Communications

Presented by Lee Amatangelo, DTM with an introduction by Michael Bown, DTM, International Director, Region One

This workshop is intended to provide a thorough examination of individual communication styles and their influence on team engagement and organizational support. Participants will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of beachball communication and acquire insights into how effective peer interaction can contribute to their professional success.
