Joanna’s leadership journey expanded in July 2012 when she joined Toastmasters as a Charter Member of the Mustang Mumblers club. Her extensive training in Healthcare Management established a powerful foundation centered on communication, strategic leadership, and community service. For Joanna, the most rewarding aspect of Toastmasters is witnessing the transformation of its members. She finds immense reward in being part of a member's journey and watching them gain the confidence to share their voice. As a District 2 leader, Joanna actively collaborates with fellow district leaders and club members. She strives to ensure everyone enjoys an empowering and positive learning experience. Through this collaborative mentorship, she drives the District Mission forward: building dynamic new clubs and supporting all clubs in achieving organizational excellence.
