Victoria joined Toastmasters in October 2019 to build confidence as a public speaker and has since grown into several leadership roles, including President of two clubs, Area Director, Speaker Bureau Chair, and Club Retention Chair.

Professionally, Victoria brings experience in business, consulting, technology, project management, and people leadership, with an MBA from Seattle Pacific University and roles at Accenture and T-Mobile.

She is the founder of PIVOLUTION Consulting, where she helps businesses solve challenging problems. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring jazz music, playing tennis to stay active, and cooking as a creative outlet.
