Did you know that District 2 offers a New Member Orientation to help your new Toastmasters members get off to a strong start?
When a new member joins your club, you don't have to navigate those first steps alone. Encourage them to attend the District New Member Orientation, where they'll gain the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to become active, engaged members of your club.
What Will New Members Learn?
During the orientation, we'll cover the essentials every new Toastmaster needs to know:
Navigate Toastmasters: Learn how to use the Toastmasters International and club websites.
Get Started with Pathways: Discover how to choose a path and begin the learning journey.
Participate in Club Meetings: Learn about meeting roles, how to sign up, and how to participate actively.
Explore Beyond the Club: Understand the Toastmasters structure and discover leadership and volunteer opportunities beyond the club.
