The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters. The DTM goes beyond basic public speaking practice. It emphasizes real-world leadership, helping others succeed, and supporting the broader organization outside of standard club meetings. Fewer than one percent of all Toastmasters achieve this lifelong designation.
