R.E.N.E.W. — A Fresh Approach to Membership Retention

Retention begins with connection. In this session, we use the R.E.N.E.W. framework to help clubs strengthen relationships, reinforce value, and re-energize member experience. Participants will explore how to Refocus on Purpose, Engage Members, Nurture Connections, Elevate the Club Experience, and Welcome Growth through intentional actions and simple, repeatable practices. Attendees will leave with practical tools to keep members involved, inspired, and excited to stay—and stay active!
