This meeting is required to review and approve the 2026-2027 District Budget, District Success Plan, and this year's District Contests.

Supporting documents will be posted no later than September 12.

While all members are welcome to attend. Discussion and voting is restricted to District Council members. The District Council consists of Presidents and VP Education of clubs in good standing, and members of the District Executive Committee. Quorum: Requires at least one-third of the district's Club Presidents, VP Education to be represented.
