Dear District Council Member,
Notice is hereby given for the upcoming Fall Business Meeting (District Council Meeting). The Council is responsible for reviewing and approving District Operations such as adopting the District Budget, reviewing District Correspondence, reviewing Committee reports, approving proposals from selected Committees, and selecting District leaders for the upcoming program year.
District 2 has chosen to use Votapex to manage voting for the upcoming meeting on:

You can access the Voting Portal using your Unique Link (do not forward or share): To ensure the integrity of the voting process, as a potential voting member the District Council you have a Unique Link to enter the Voting Portal.
If you cannot find the email with your unique link, use this link https://district2.on.votapex.com/resend.php to have your credentials password link resent to your primary email associated with you Toastmasters.com profile. If that is not an email you have access to on Saturday, please contact the Credentials Chair & Administration Manager, Michelle Perino via michelleaperino@gmail.com.

Required Documents & Materials:All documents, including the agenda, reports, and proposed motions, are available for review on the Voting Portal and the District Council Meeting Documents page 2026-2027 District 09262026 DCM Public Links prior to the meeting.
Voting & Quorum: District Council members (Club Presidents and Vice-President Educations) must register and claim their votes to cast their electronic ballot. The quorum requires at least one third of the base number of clubs to be represented. Register and claim your votes by going to the Unique Link above.
IMPORTANT: Even if you've already registered on the D2 Events page to attend the District Council Meeting, you still MUST GO to your Unique Link and claim your votes.
